Issue:
Within the definition phase of the Open Video Digital Library Toolkit project, we identified key users groups of the toolkit. We wanted to identify the main ways users would be utilizing the toolkit so the design would be appropriate to their goals.

Solution:
We created personas for each user group that described possible usage scenarios and backgrounds to aid in decision making during the design phase. Members of the team created individual personas for key groups which were later consolidated into a few more general personas.
